What courier do you use?
We use DPD as our main courier.
How long does delivery usually take?
We aim to have orders dispatched the next working day. However we do say to allow up to 4 workings day for delivery. Please check your tracking details for a more accurate delivery date.
How much is delivery?
Postage and packaging is £5.99 UK and £9.99 to Northern Ireland.
For any gift cards we only charge £1.00 for any UK delivery.

How do I book a tour?
All tours must be booked online through our 'Book a tour' page. See menu.

Can I change my tour date?
We require 48 hours notice for any changes to tours. You can change this though your booking confirmation email or by calling us on 01671 404040.

Hard to open bottle?
Due to the 100% natural cork, we do sometimes get corks which are harder to remove.
There are two easy steps to resolve this:
1. Invert the bottle to allow the cork to get wet
2. Hold the bottle on the should with both hands side by side, then place both thumbs on the side of the cork
and push firmly. Work your way around and the cork will free.
