Founded in 2017 in the heart of Galloway we have earned a reputation for delivering big on integrity, quality & taste. Creative thinking and hard work sit at the core of what it takes to deliver on our promise of ‘craft’. Our unique distillery and visitor centre was designed to deliver a modern grain to glass set up which would allow us to create Gin, Vodka and Single Malt Scotch Whisky from scratch.

SHOP & ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Crafty Distillery are looking for a dynamic person to join our team on a full time basis, working in a duel role you will split your time between assisting our office manager and working in our shop. The right person for the job will be IT literate, have great communication skills and be willing to learn from others. Full training for the role will be provided.
Duties:
• Cover office managers leave
• Day to day admin assistance
• 5- star customer service & brand promotion
• Tour prep and fulfilment
• Manage tour bookings
• HACCP & licensing requirements
• Order fulfilment
• Represent Crafty Distillery at internal and external events
• Stock ordering
• Stock takes
• Drinks service
• Drivers licence preferred
