VISITOR CENTRE & EVENT STAFF
(ALSO REQUIRED TO DO EXTERNAL EVENTS)
Role Overview
This is a customer facing role. Lead in shift front of house team including Tours, Retail & on site offerings, ensuring the smooth running of in shift. Ensuring both legislative and qualitative standards are attained within the distillery including HACCP, HS, Fire safety and licensing, and relevant staff training. Responsible for the presentation and upkeep/ordering of the retail space. Directly ensuring a 5 star experience to all visitors is achieved. Preparing for and carrying out external events from markets to trade shows.
**Must have a driving license to fulfil events.

• Inventory planning and stock control of FOH consumables, merchandise, food & drinks prep & stock Upholding regulation & legislation

• Uphold Licensing
• Facilitating bookings
• External events
We are looking for a highly motivated individual, preferably with previous sales and leadership experience in hospitality or similar. Although previous experience is not essential as full training will be given, but absolutely must have a committed, can-do attitude.
Full time role
The role will be full time, 5 through 7 days, with weekends being the priority for both in-distillery and external events. External events may see travel away for 2/3days over weekends. Regular distillery hours are 10- 5 and evening/night work is generally not needed but flexibility is essential for both internal and external events.
Salary is dependent on experience.
