Galloway Gin Limited Edition 2023
Once a year we craft this truly special limited edition gin from scratch using 100% hand foraged botanicals from Galloway.
Distilling with local grain, we also spend weeks hand foraging the botanicals exclusively from our hillsides, forests, woodlands, hedgerows, fields, coastline and estuaries. Capturing a true essence of our region, the 2023 edition brings you local wheat to create our smooth base spirit, along with local Juniper, Crab Apples, Crafty Estate Elderberry, Pepper Dulse, Damsons & Brambles.
This year’s Galloway Gin is rich and buoyant with the Galloway Juniper berries providing a canvas of forest pine. Complementing this, the Damsons, Elderberries and Brambles really shine with complex, lively and jammy fruit. The Crab Apples lift the palate with a citrus sherbet zing. While the Pepper Dulse Seaweed completes the taste with a hint of salt at the sides of the tongue.
It also comes in a beautifully designed gift box ready to share with friends and family.

Complex and Different
Superb, I loved it from the first mouthful, being well balanced but complex and with a very different flavour to Hills and Harbour, my favourite gin. Now its a tough choice in pouring my occasional tipple.

Received my bottle very quickly following my order. Great looking case it came in much like a mature Whisky. Gin flavours immense and even though I was expecting great tastes similar to Hills and Harbour this was exceptional. Hard to describe the flavours but more botanical and felt like a Scottish taste of the countryside, however daft that may sound. Excellent product, great value and a bottle I will drink slowly during the Winter months.
